•Sometimes
the resulting "suppressed" table contains too many
"blank" cells to be of value to data users. Policies have been
developed to enable "small" cells to be published,
e.g.,
–National
Agriculture Statistics Service (NASS) has a policy that allows its data
providers to "waive" the confidentiality protection so
that small cells can be published (data providers must sign
waiver).
•NASS
also produces special tables for data users and posts them on its web
site.
