Abstract: The
present situation and market demand of the large-scale construction project risk
management in China is analyzed, synthesis integration methods is applied
in large-scale construction projects risk management. The risk management of
construction projects will be propelled to a new level through information integration,
process integration, participant integration, and knowledge integration
management. The integration frame of large-scale construction project
integration risk management system and the implementation plan is proposed, the
preliminary estimate and the forecast to its estimate's social and economic
advantages will be finally carried out.
