ABSTRACT
Nowadays Organizations, for Continuous Improvement and
Get the Excellence, Use the Common Approaches to Self-Assessment Based on
Excellent Models, and Identify Their Straight Points and Improvable Areas. Theorical and Practical Studies Show that, Usage of these
Approaches for Assessment Different Organizations, without Attention of their
Different Nature and Actual Context, are not appropriate and Results of them
are not Absolutely Effectiveness for Excellence of Organizations.
To Solve this Problem, at First we Review Concepts and
Techniques of Value Engineering (VE) and also Total Value Management (TVM)
Approach as suitable Paradigm, and then Identify and Descript Proposal
Self-Assessment Approach Named “Value Engineering of Organization Excellence”.
In this Approach, According to TVM Paradigm and Utilization of VE, We Recognize
Desired Condition and Existing Condition of Organization and Distance of these
Conditions Indicate the Value of Organization Excellence Functions. These
Values are Criteria for Decision making about Straight Points and Improvable Areas.
In this Research, for Representation the Operation of
Proposal Approach, a Case Study Prepared. At the end, with Analytic Comparison
of Proposal Approach and Common Self-Assessment Approaches, We Specify that
Effectiveness of Improvement Action Resulting of Proposal Approach, are more
than Other Common Approaches
